Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including tags and extra goodies in the order (totes, stickers, etc). We will base this on our own reviewing and standards of what unused items look like.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Magazines and vintage or curated clothing cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on products that are intimates such as underwear if the sanitary tape is removed.

- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, please request a return invoice by emailing info@shopwasilclothing.com and fill it out and send it back. We will create a shipping label for you to print out and ship the return to us. Your refund will have the cost of the shipping label deducted from your refund total. If the item has not been worn, we will process the return and complete your refund in 3-5 business days of receiving your order. Refunds can take 5-9 business days to appear back on your payment of choice when checking out with WASIL.
If you are returning an item that you used Afterpay to purchase, we will require a 15% deduction from your total refund automatically due to restocking fees (to offset the cost of Afterpay charging us for your return).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first do the folllowing:
Give it time! It can take up to two weeks for a refund to process. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned. All sale items are final sale.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We want everyone to like the fit of the garment they have purchased. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, there will be a 9-12 business day turnaround time. Depending on the garment, we may no longer have back stock in your size and would have to make your exchange on a made to order basis.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
